    So one pair of BD Squadron-R Pro, Spot LED at 42W / 3.5A could just be hooked up with a fused circuit without any problems?

    A thing or two...
    That 42 watt rating is per light, not for the pair, so you need to run a relay if your switch can't handle 7-ish amps. If you're using an OEM style switch from CH4x4/MIC Tuning/AOB, they're only rated at 3 amps, so you would need a relay even if that 42W was for just one light or run the risk of burning up your switch.

    @Sandman614 I'm just getting around to setting my Bussmann RTMR up. I ordered 1 relay with an additional 10ga lead to power up onboard air however it looks like the 10ga lead is in the switch position and the 18ga is in Accessory position how do I correct this problem
