I just ordered a set of 285/70r17 Nitto Terra Grapplers from Onlinetires.com. Has anyone dealt with these guys before and what's your opinion on shipping time, customer service etc.? Just curious. Before anyone says "did you do a search?" I did search and found a few threads that said they were great but I was looking for a more broad spectrum of opinions. Thanks everyone!!! I can't wait to get my new tires!!! I'm basically running on slicks right now:eek::eek::eek:.

Ya I hear ya but I had read about tires be out of stock even though it didn't say online and I also wanted to go pick them up so I figured I would call, if you give a number to call you should answer your phones, if I need to be put on hold no big deal, but at least answer and say so.

I agree 100% on that one. One of my friends at work ordered some tires from them a few months ago, and his tires were not in stock, so he called them (they answered) and they actually gave him a better tire than he originally ordered at the same price. Sounds like they are OK when they pick up the phone.

Not really. I was looking for tires at all sorts of places. I was going to get them from Discount tire and I would have paid about $1012 after installation and what not. Through onlinetires.com I only paid $782 with shipping. Seems like a better deal. BTW I work at a Kia dealership so I can mount & balance the tires myself.

I had been waiting for my tax refund to order them, but when I found this deal I just went ahead since I had enough in the bank to cover it. I can't wait for them to show up. :yay:

Sure does. Changing oil on a lift is WAY easier than flat backing it in the driveway.:) And since the dealer I work for is also a Lexus dealer when I go to the Toyota dealer to buy parts I get the employee price :woot: .

WOW! the cheapest shipping option was $323 for 4 tires...holy crap. tirerack.com will ship to me for about 120 or so. yeah their tires are cheaper but shipping is so outrageous that it ends up more expensive.

I guess I'm lucky that I live kind of close to their warehouse in California? If the shipping was $300:eek: I wouldn't have used them for sure.
