Only 1 license plate light not working

    2019 Voodoo Blue Tacoma TRD Pro
    Hello all. I’m grateful to be a part of the Tacoma community, as I just purchased a 2019 TRD Pro about 6 weeks ago. I know absolutely nothing about vehicles, but my goal is to learn everything there is about my Tacoma.

    1st issue I’ve ran into is only 1 of my license plate lights is working. At first, I thought one of them was just burned out. I purchased some LED replacements and just installed them only to find out the same side isn’t working.

    Any suggestions on what could be the cause and what I could possibly do to troubleshoot this problem?

    Have you tried electronic cleaner on the connections? I always like to disconnect the Negative battery cable first.

    Bed cover, soon bug deflector, halo interior lights and backup
    Likely corrosion. Carefully touch the m iddle contact and ground, have someone turn on the headlights, power it’s corrosion not? Wire

    some leds work one way only so try it flipped around
