    There are so many trails in the Death Valley/ Moab area that how ever long you went for wouldn't be enough. Lots of great trails for stock trucks. The White Rim Trail outside of Moab is awesome and great for stock. I did it years ago on a bike. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ipfQPrfeow

    The parts catalog is straight from the horse's mouth: https://parts.toyota.com/Toyota__Tacoma.html

    Beware the 2nd gen and 3rd gen catalog is meshed together (because 3rd gen is 2.5 gen), so you have to click through the pictures for each subsystem to find the 3rd gen parts diagram.

    Maybe start an ontario chapter of the gambler 500. Though $500 doesn’t go as far in the rust belt :pout:

    That old school army green. Classy. I think it looks better with black fender flares though.

    The 2020's collect a LOT more telemetry data...

    There was a thread here the other day where a new Pro owner showed the app that you can load on your phone that show's your "driver's score" that is based on;

    Fast Acceleration Count,
    Hard Braking Count
    Hard Cornering count.

    This data gets sent to Toyota through the Entune App. (Entune 3.0)

    16-19's store all sorts of data (speed, gas pedal position, brake pedal, wheel spin speed, vehicle speed, load) when a code is triggered or the airbags are deployed. But you can only get at it when you connect to Techstream.

    Other companies (Kia for example) have used telemetry data to deny warranty claims (saying the vehicle was abused)....

    Fooking Marvelous eh?

    You can do this in a Corolla, too, just not as quickly:

    There's even a Pontiac Vibe near the end, which is basically a rebadged Corolla Matrix. :D

    The click at the second speed bump is the seatbelt retractor engaging.

    Just don't get lured into the Entune 3.0 app and they won't know...

    until you get to the dealership...

    To make a warranty claim...

    Because your seat adjuster broke in the full back and down position...

    Warranty gets denied...

    Fart counter exceeded factory recommended limits...

    Cost to replace, $900... 12 week delivery time...

    I think we all need to peruse this website and get our AFDB's ready for the Entune 6.0 and the next Apple update...

    Not sure what a AFDB is? All can be explained on this site;

    https://zapatopi.net/afdb/

    Don't let Trump know you know about the above site...

    Here's that thread on the Toyota Driver score...

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/toyota-driver-score.634042/

    One of the posters put this link in there ... Explaining the "Data Science at Toyota"

    https://towardsdatascience.com/data-science-at-toyota-connected-69bf50982b09

    "They’re actually drilling down even further, so here’s one of those trips, and as you can see here the green just drills down. The green shows that the person currently driving here is driving 37.96 miles per hour, the location at that point is 40 miles per hour therefore it’s green. There’s no harsh braking, there’s no longitude or added lateral g-force popping out, and as you can see for the most part this person is driving smooth. Just about 15 seconds later you can actually see that this person is now speeding. The speed limit there is 30 miles per hour and this person is going 49.56 miles per hour. Keep in mind every one of these dots is a single second. Four seconds later this customer actually hits the brakes really hard, and now you’re able to see that red line or the red circle which shows harsh braking."

    Opt-Out of that shit....
