Didn't realize bad alignment can cause droop to one side. I also lost about an inch in lift swapping my billies to ome. I figured I could remove my 1/2" spacers once I got the 886 in but apperantly not. I'll be replacing one of the 1/2" spacers with a 1/4" on the drivers side. Hoping it'll help.

 

I might have a spare 1/4" top plate spacer for you.
but I'm pretty sure the ome have a driver side lean sleeve the sits on the perch because of the gas tank on that side. Maybe your missing that

 

Thanks bud. I have a 1/4 inch spacer already. I did not know about the ome lean spacer. Any pics or a link to the lean sleeve?

Ya i think thats it. Without it i dont see why you cant just use the 1/4" top spacer.
My lca was still pretty snug even when it was disconnected and bolts loosened off. If that helps

 

I'll check my bushings. Thanks. I'll be using the 1/2" for the drivers side and the 1/4 for the passenger.

 

Thats what I did also but with 887
My cv angles are borderline

 

On Sunday I picked up a friend from the airport, visiting from BC. On our way to her parents house, she mentioned gas was cheap here. Said it's around $1.50 in BC and they're expecting $2 in the summer.

 

Ahh it rides so much better on 886’s
And my steering wheel is straight again

 

I saw a picture from BC a few days ago with gas at $1.689.

 

I guess it varies from place to place like here, but that's terrible

 

I just passed petro canada and it is 1.51....

Yeah, with gas prices like that I agree a trip to the LCBO is in order. Just save what you get until you’re done driving for the day.

On a positive side there is absolutely no traffic for miles, easy drive.

Tell ya what, every 3 mins or so, slam on your brakes hard. It will suppress your homesickness of driving in peel region

 

Old vs. new. Added a ¼" spacer to get rid of the lean as well, been dying to do that. I ended up about ¾" higher than the back. I'm hoping it settles to even everything out.

 

Keep yer eyes peeled for Moose.... Especially at dusk....thru the nite… and dawn. Have a safe ride ..

 

You must be the only one with CV shafts inclined the other way lol, because of the drop-bracket lift.

 

They been perfectly horizontal for a while when I added the weight with the bumper/skids/winch and now tilt down a bit with the new shocks.
