Older bikes seems to be rather cheap. It's the time investment that's a killer.

Here's my first question.... Is a muffler necessary?

Until I lost my Hydro One magnetic door signs I was using the Hydro Line trails in the area....

Lol now no signs and the Hydro Trails are all mud pits right now, not a place to get stuck...
So I've resorted to touring the construction sites in the area... after hours and quickly...
Few good dirtpiles near Pritchard and Rymal Road... and a few other big construction sites in that area.

Southern Ontario sucks, any trails you find get converted to footpaths for all the millennial vegan tree huggers...

Lol we should all crash the "Jeep Night" at the Stone Church Timmies... See if they "notice" we're not driving Jeeps...

By law yes. You need to have at least a baffle. Are going 4 into 1 or 4 into 2?

I was in Barrie today at a jobsite. I get there and my eyes went directly to the mountain of dirt at the back of the building. There was a large descent on one side for water runoff into a culvert that had a bit of mud. Looked like so much fun, I was smiling on the inside. I asked the safety girl if she would be ok if I took a run through before going home. She wasn't impressed. Something about safety/liability blah blah blah.

Lol I always have a brain bucket and Hi Vis and electrician's belt in the truck. Put the hart hat on and wave at the security guy as you drive by.
(P.s. they get suspicious of your choice in parking spots when you are halfway up a 10 meter dirtpile).

Well it's a little late this Wednesday for a "Jeeper Crash" but who's in for next Wednesday, Hammertown Jeep Crash....

Show those Heeps what real off roading equipment can do hehehe...

My vote would be 4 into 1. You can probably find an old Yoshimura header on Kijiji and modify the can. It'lI sound sweet.

Bumper is installed. Just have to do a little bit of wiring and it will be 100% complete.

That's sexy, I now know what rear bumper i need now..

Too bad it doesn't include the hitch in the bumper. I really want to do a rear bumper just to get the hitch higher
