I had an issue with traditional wallets. As I was working the wallet would bend and cause all my cards to bend and break. Forked out and got this guy

    https://www.flipsidewallet.com/products/flipside-4-wallet

have had it for two years. Haven't broken a card. Considering I was replacing most of the cards in my wallet every year, this was more convenient.

We may not have had a wing night YET. But we got out and wheeled today.

Ok I'm loosing my mind on what winch to get....

Seems like until you hit the $1500 mark you're dealing with one of 5 different Chinese made assemblies with a few minor differences....

But to get spare parts it's probably safer to stay with some of the named re-brands...

    So I've narrowed it down to;

Smittybilt X2O-10K Waterproof Synthetic Rope 10000lb Wireless Winch Gen2 with Fairlead - 98510

Smittybilt XRC Gen3 9.5K Comp Series Winch with Synthetic Cable - 98695
(Hate that this one is not wireless though, but it has a few great features over the X20)

Just hate the price on this one but love the remote clutch control
    Warn ZEON Platinum 10-S

    What are some opinions?

Well I always feel so guilty driving past those stuck Jeeps - and not being able to offer to winch them out. ..
And I see that Norilsk is always needing help from a winch -because he's running those tiny tires. ..
Soooo, me being suuuuch a nice guy,
and driving a truck with such big tires - that it makes my lightbar look small...
I thought I'd buy a winch... help the team out.

    Lol

you could always do in cab winch controls and screw the whole wireless remote. Consider if you are going to check to make sure it’s charged every time you go out. I know for me I would forget.

big things are sealed solenoid box or waterproof solenoid. The smittybilt are all good options.

I could photochop a winch on @daks bumper then one would never have to worry about waterproof battery charge metering gadgets...and he could buy his wife a nice tennis bracelet for Xmas

    Eugene has the zeon s.
It's slower and harder to free spool than my Smitty x20.

The zeon platinum is competition series. You have no need for the winch and that price tag is painful.

The xrc doesn't have the greatest reviews but still not a bad winch.
Haven't used mine yet but no complaints with install etc and how it runs when spooling.

After hearing Adrian at just jeeps has the x20 and be did everything he could to try and kill it. And it wouldn't die. Figured it's worth it. And for the price.

Hey same time I've seen a few YouTube channels that have had the warn fail on them.

I've used my X20 a few times and it worked well. No issues after 3 years.
