Hmm, I think I’ll stick with the 883s, from what I’ve read they should be fine. I appreciate it though, if anything comes up or I change my mine I’ll let you know!

Spent the morning doing a little more step for the body lift.
Btw the reason I'm posting this is if anyone in the future wants to make their own.

    Drilled out the spacers.
    Mads some radiator drop brackets
    Unseized steering shaft adjuster thing.

Not alot of spline on the steering shaft so that should be interesting.
Waiting on bolts and hopefully next week if weather permits I'll put it all togeather.

Usually body lifts come with a extension piece for the steering shaft.

Yep. Know that. The 1" body list fose not come with one.
The 3" body lift dose come with one so I'm just guessing hear.

What I need to figure out is if something goes up vertically 2"s, the body.

How much will something at a 45 degree angle , extend will the steering shaft

Not too sure. I never had a body lift and haven’t touched the steering shaft.

    cos< * h

Trigonometry tricks you learn when bending conduit and AC waveform theory...

If you measure the exact front to back distance D
Measure the exact height you will be needing H
The length you need will be L

    L = the square root of ( D squared + H squared)

nice man! And good idea to do the wires all at once. If you have a wire fish, I found that to be easiest

    ummm .....ya.
I checked out your build thread...looks great. Thats just about the look I'm shooting for.
How do you fint the 5100's ride with (and I'm assuming here) bigger heavier LT tire...or are they P rated?
I had 5100's with a 305/55/20 on my 17 Silverado and man she rode stiff!
Any "seat of the pants" performance gain from the exhaust?

Too bad @Leningrad errr I mean @Norilsk cancelled the meetup today @19Canuck.

We could have put you in a couple different trucks for a ride along to get first hand experience of about 4-5 different suspension systems on a Tacoma.

But heir Stalingrad wants us all safe and healthy without fines so he has more $ to buy toothpaste to polish his new fat fenders, for this year's calendar.

Sigh, now we'll never know... and you'll be all self-doubting when you press the order button...

6 types of fish sticks, 3 types of fish reel, slingshot, magnetic puller and a dart gun...
Will probably be using just a wire coat-hanger or long ziptie...

There is supposed to be another through point under the main wire harness on the upper driver's firewall. I have not physically looked myself.
But I hate the upside down way you have to jam yourself in under the dash and hood to see what's going on...
glad I have one of these...

Still will be jammed under the dash snaking and zip-tying wires though.
Shitty job and will make my back ache from lying in a contorted position so I only want to do it once. (hopefully)

Will be one of those many many times I wish I had a trained rat to drag wires through a path and wishing I wasn't so OCD on vehicle mods.

Probably a health care worker issue related to m/f differences. As for rounding errors in stats - don’t worry about it

My uneducated guess is a major part of the issue is it's ability to stay alive on surfaces for long periods,
and that 99% of people (including trained medical people) don't follow proper biohazard protocols .
Add that with no testing or tracking systems with asymptomatic carriers...
Leads to the perfect storm of difficult to control...even when the infection quotient is low.

Working with greasy hands is actually excellent training to break bad habits when it comes to biohazards.
Keeping hands away from your face and the discipline of dirty vs clean surfaces.
Pretend the world is covered in grease.
Learn how to take gloves on and off properly.
Realize that just like oil and grease, 2 secs with a lysol wipe is not going to do jack shit.

Remember the "The Floor is Lava" game as a kid...

Here is a new one for all of us...

    "The World is Grease"

    Everyone is invited to play!
