So today I went and tried to put some 35 tires on my tacoma.

    Well did not fit.
    The rim hit the caliper.
    Pro.comp.rim 3.5" bs.

Anyone have any ideas on this.

Despite on and off rain and my crappy photography skills, got the Blue Sea fuseblock and my second breaker all installed.
Got all the wiring routed and 99& all sleeved....
Few more straps etc to add (we have a computer tech here so I gotta make it neat or he's gonna raz me)

Just have to install the bigger battery and tray, then start making the mounting plate for those breakers and my winch contactor...

Hopefully P&A plastics is open tomorrow....
My riv-nut gun should be here next week...
No idea when all the other shit is gonna arrive... (bumper, cameras, computers)

It was so nice working outside with a T-shirt on... with all the parts handy, to at least finish part of a project....

Gotta order some more lights for the rear now.... (Hamilton has high standards for lighting on these trucks)

The light-controller has a built in strobe function.... all prepared...

Just have to use a stainless pole though, if the crackheads see brass they'll have it at the scrapyard before I make it through the intersection.

The Go bus terminal on Hunter near John? With the rail bridge ... Yep

    Rebecca St one, Nope.

Most of the "entertaining" people are further North now. They've been "gentrifying" the downtown area...

A lot of patios and artsy-fartsy stuff moving in...

    Renovictions in the apartment buildings.

Barton St still maintains it's classic charm though.

Lol I think the 80's was the last time I was in that bus terminal...

Coming back from the AC/DC Who Made Who concert.
Lol we had to take the Go bus home because the train skipped the CNE stadium,
Because of the "riots" on the train from the concert goers on the way there.

I would not call it a riot....well it was a riot....
but not that kind of riot,
more like 3 cars full of people drinking and smoking a lot of things with too much energy,
Like a MAJOR college house party at full tilt....
and discovered that the seat cushions were held on with velcro...
With the tunes blaring and the pillows flying it was just one huge mosh pit train...
It was pretty surreal as I look back at it.
Lol would have looked like War of Planet of the Apes from the outside as we passed by.

Lulz, I am 90% sure I was at that concert. I saw them twice at the Ex. I have the ticket stubs at the other abode...I'll try to remember to take a look at the dates. I'll take a pic of it. I know exactly where it is

    Lol small world.

Remember when the concert opened, and they had the 10 Anguses on stage, then the real Angus comes up in the center stage...

One of my buddies was one of those kids... He got the keep the outfit, got a signed carboard cutout of a guitar and backstage passes.

Had to change engine oil and all dealerships are flooded with covidiots and other cookies that are unable to change their own wheels, so I had to use Mr lube fancy facility. Along with it I got a complimentary service of checking oil diff levels and shit, plus tire pressure check. (that's cold tire pressure after the service) DSC_0086.jpg

Have to run wheel spacers for steel wheels on tacomas.
I tried those exact rims already.
The angle of the wheels isnt enough for the calliper where aluminum wheels hook around more

I can't.run wheel.spacers because my rims are 3.5" backspacing. Lol.
    I have 2 " spacers and it's just bad.

I'll try the vision soft 8 rims.
    Apparently they fit fj cruisers

See if those steel wheels fit on 5th gen 4 runners if they do you could do the 4r break swap
    They’re bigger diameter than ours

You Hammer folks can always head down to Niagara for some Gentlemen's clubs. Couple are still going strong....but you likely know that ;).

On another note thanks to Pete at Creditstone for hooking me up with some great kit. Put the Toyos and Pro-Comps on. Suspension goes on this weekend or next, have a Land Cruiser on the go also, so juggling garage space... :fingerscrossed:.
