    Well except for;

Drive In Theaters, Camping, Meetups, swap meets -closed,
Tool/Hardware Stores, Supply Houses- Pickup only and impossible to get some stuff....
    Mask giving me "foggles"
I'm kinda enjoying this lockdown... :anonymous:

    For the plus side,

Not having to go into people's homes.
    Less traffic,
    Less meetings,
    Neighbours aren't having drunken parties.
Mask keeping all the jobsite dust out of my lungs.
Jobsites cleared out of people and other trades.
    Less inspectors on Jobsites.
Don't have to take family out to dinner.
Can stretch out house projects 'cause I'm waiting for stuff (well that's what the wife has heard)
Don't have to go shopping with the wife.
People are cleaning out garages and a lot more antique car parts are coming on the market.

More time for beer. :drunk: Here's to lovin the lockdown! :crapstorm:

Well @somebody did not re-invent the wheel but he certainly did refine it. Kudos to taking the initiative to provide this fine product at a reasonable price point.

This is one I haven't done yet and don't plan on doing. The Costal offroad skids cover the crossover pipe well..

So, a completely non-taco related post...

Since buying my house I've been slowly renovating my house since buying it over 2 years ago. I had wanted to do the kitchen, but in the small storey and a half wartime homes there really isn't that much you can do, layout wise due to space, so I decided to keep it as is but redo the countertop and backsplash.

I'm not a fan of anything metallic, silver or shiny, so all fixtures are of an antique style, oil rubbed bronze or black. With all the lockdowns, getting supplies has been a pain. I have a small bar height counter that juts out from a wall and needed some brackets to hold the new countertop.

I found a place out of Quebec that was absolutely amazing to deal with. I called them first to get info as to weights supported by their brackets. After speaking to one of them, he asked for me to e-mail pictures so he could get a better idea of what could work for me. Within 15 minutes of sending the pictures he got back to me with options and ideas and it was slightly before noon last Thursday. I immediately placed the order for the brackets on the site, and by that evening they shipped out and were delivered next day via Purolator.

I highly recommend them based on that service, and the brackets are perfect for my countertop. If you are renovating anything antique, or looking for decorative fixtures check them out.

Is this the skid? You can move the skid up and gain an inch of ground clearance after rerouting the crossover pipe.

Thanks for the review and link. I custom make things sometimes and it's good to have access to good suppliers. Perfect timing to, I was in the middle of planning to recreate a piece i saw online and it will need antique hardware.

I'm also actually getting one of their bells for my parents to put on their porch. They are in a log cabin in the woods, so that's the perfect way so call all the grandkids in, and the moose and deer ones are perfect for my dad, the hunter.

    I loved it.

It did really show how stronk the hi-lux is. He was flogging that beast, and it just kept going like it was nothing.

Picture a t-shirt coming soon, about how impressed he is with it. I might buy that one
