Fuck man that hole looks gacked. Is it still round enough to just press a bearing in there?

A die grinder with a small cut off wheel will clean up the groove. File off the rough edges and a little JB Weld to fill in any missing aluminum then wait for a new bearing. The piece you took out will give you the OD and width. And there might be enough of the other parts to figure out an ID. Or take the other side apart. Then go to Canada Bearings or any other bearing supplier.

Might be able to save it if you get a round file and a couple needle files and very carefully try to clean it up only taking the high spots off.

I’ve cleaned it with sand paper outsideimage.jpg

the only concern is this on the inside, sanded flush as much as possible, still working on it

So on the inside, those marks are from the bearing exploding and dropping the pin right onto the lower shock body?

If anyone looking for a slightly used and all hwy miles 315/75/16s Geolander G015 AT let me know, end of the week they are getting swapped for some Falkens. All I am asking is a bottle of Ardbeg to donate :sadviolin:, fuck a pack of bush beer will work too...

Alright don't hack them up too bad. If you get the same size bearing just a bit of care with a round file will work. But if you need them bored out to fit a bit bigger of a bearing let me know.
but for the love of god at least use @tacoma16 ‘s vernier. Or even just a measuing tape :p
