Loctite does sell a retaining compound just for this purpose, but it may not be durable with shock loads.
What was the measurement? If it's 1-3/16" (30.16mm), then an Aurora COM-10T bearing would fit, and you can use Icon's widely available kit complete with spacers and snaprings.

These guys sell that bearing as well, but I'm not sure of order lead time: https://www.motioncanada.ca/products/sku/00101346

Yeah same size after measuring, will give a go for the ICON kt since I can't locate misalignment spacers anywhere else. We shall see if that works.

Not sure I want to drive a garbage truck.

Cement truck yea ok, but AZ gets me all of that.

I want to go forward with the most options.

From my (very basic) understanding, AZ just allows you to haul bigger trailers and takes longer and more money to get licensed.

Lots of positions for dump trucks around too!

AZ is air brakes. So yes larger bigger loads and trailers ect..

I dont want to be limited in a few years, after deciding dump trucks, or cement trucks are not what I want.

@TacooSaucee You are correct that the DZ course is much shorter, half the time.

I am pretty sure I want to drive a big rig, nothing stopping me from getting the DZ after the AZ.

    https://ttcc.ca/training/truck/northbay

Who knows, maybe I will enjoy a dump truck and get my own.

I will be speaking with someone from the training school today. Get some direction on what jobs are hot right now. Maybe DZ 1st then upgrade later to AZ.

    I will find out

Good idea not limiting yourself, either one should have quite a bit of hiring going on in the next little while.

snowplows will be coming out shortly too:rolleyes:
