I took my course 42 years ago when I was 15!

I’ve heard that the online course is good but I believe it’s kind of like the boaters course… You will learn and absorb more information by doing it in person.

I think the only way to get a PAL is to do it in person but I might be wrong.

I've already got a PAL/RPAL, so no worries there. I figure the in-person course would give some good insights from the instructor but online seems pretty convenient.

    Hey everyone,

poll created to gauge interest in a raffle to raise some money to buy toys/donate money for toys.

so far the prizes are a brand new rigid lightbar, a snatch block and maybe some other items too.

we are still figuring out details, but all be virtual (money donated gets you on a list and then a random number generator to select a number blah blah blah).

not sure if you already installed them but i just added the leaf to go from option 2 to option 3 on my Icon RXTs and took at couple pics for you in case it will help...

u bolts i had made by a shop in London were around 9.5" with probably 4" of thread.

    image4.jpg

not torqued at this point but you can see theres plenty of thread below. i trimmed then torqued to 90ft/lbs per Icon.

To the person who voted "no". you don't have to identify yourself. you dont have to state why, or play devil's advocate.

but understand we will silently judge you.

and if we find out who it is, we're sticking mini dicks valve caps on your truck for a year.

@TacoPandaTRD I finally installed the leaf springs and bump stops I bought off you. Thanks a bunch for doing the U-bolt flip on your truck as I had to cut my U-bolts out. Planning to do the airbags within next couple weeks to counter the topper and Winter survival tote I carry.

On a side note, I must invest in a set of 1/2” drive Metric deep sockets after breaking two 1/2” -> 3/8” adapters with my powerfist 30” breaker bar and tons of man strength :muscleflexing:
