    Nothing specific but was recently scoping out sources for this and found the FreeRoam app. Has filters for everything from Wal-Mart to 4x4 required access. Looks to have a good amount for options in it too.

    From my experiences in the states most state forests are cheap and easy (deposit $20 in an envelope for the night), and national forests are pretty much free game. Won't take much driving to come across something established or campable.

    Just looked at the map and jogged my own memory. There's a space history museum there but other than that the state slogan applies, "nothing much to do here". Are you heading to Colorado? If so, it's probably worth the extra couple hour drive and it's much easier pickings for camping.
