Sounds like 2 sets of OEM will be better than big brake. Can't wait to see that bracket

I have been telling him to get the 4Runner ones…..easy bolt on and from toyota. Will fit his new 17’s.
dual stock calipers…..don’t think the master/booster would be happy.

E-booster sucks, if we had sport booster I would upgrade, otherwise waste of money.

I’m pretty sure stoptech utilizes the 4Runner brakes and May do some upgrades to the housings. When I was researching it I just went oem upgrade since I didn’t want to mess with it and it was cheaper to get locally.

I will be taking off this bois soon, they were fully rebuilt recently (fluid, new shafts, lower uniball bearings etc…) so they are essentially brand new again. Have rebuild receipt from Krave and will throw in replacement lower uniball bearings which is another $100 usually. I got less than 10K kms on them since I don’t DD truck.

    $1900 for all it.

this is more of a pre-announcement of the announcement that I will be posting them for sale soon. :anonymous:

i’ve got most parts aligned for :sawzall::welder: 37s this July.

There are 6 piston kits that’s probably the BBK
    https://sosperformance.com/products...-brake-kit-fits-17-plus-wheels-2005-21-tacoma

Either way it’s a waste of money if you can’t upgrade to bigger brake booster down the road. Which offroad models can’t sadly. Better rotors and pads will be more cost efficient than 4Runner brakes on e-boosted trucks.

For the price too you cant beat the 4Runner stock upgrade. With the weight of my truck the 4Runner brakes have been decent.

tundra booster/master is going to be sweet one day. Gotta get the truck driving in general first.

4 runner brakes have stopped my 700lbs overweight truck with a trailer full of scaffold and brick rumble before the master upgrade. Pads seem to have lasted longer as well. Power stop pads, drilled and slotted rotors
