^Unfortunately being NA, mine has a milk jug-sized resonator in front of the wheelwell. Removing the resonator causes MAF errors at low rpms. Therefore I can't trim the front bumper the same way.

What tire size was he running?

Didn’t look that close. Looked like at most 3 inches bigger than stock.

Get the Nitto Trail Grappler K-Specs, so you can run them at 0 psi on the trail. The tire carcass itself can support the weight of an Ultra4 car.

my brain decided to read that first bit as

"So you can run them below 0 PSI on the trail" and i was just lost, scared, and aroused.

but that's actually pretty sweet to hear about that one./ I assume the K-spec version is the same tread as the Nitto grappler i hear about here and there but different insides

Goodness you have been up north too long if a flat tire is getting you aroused! (Not judging, I know what it's like when you've been away from civilization too long)

We better get you home and taking pics of TEC meetups quick! Before your putting on Crocks and chasing the squirrels around!

Lol, I won't admit that a run flat trail tire got me excited too, I can't blame the remoteness.

@3JOH22A I think you need to change your handle to ELGOOG your current one isn't doing you justice.

Those tires weigh 107 pounds a piece, no wonder they don't require air. I wonder what kind of gearing is required to get them to move.

Holy crap sounds like they are almost solid rubber. Air is just a formality.

Strap four of those on a Tacoma and you will be measuring your 0-60 with a calendar.

I think Maverick has the right ratio for what a tacoma would need for these. (or a real big block engine).

Whelp take those off my list of things to buy.

Surprisingly the Ultra4 cars just run 5.29s with a tuned LS motor making about 500 hp.

My 35" Kendas are 65lb apiece and I can spin them off the line on the stock motor with stock gearing, so the above is proportionally feasible.

Oh knowledgable and all knowing parts Guru!

Extended rear brake lines. Any thing i should be looking for or should know if an OEM like kia or honda happen to make brake likes that would work?

I took a look at the factory ones i have and noticed a gouge starting to form from it rubbing against the leaves...

^Got a pic? The brake hoses shouldn't be close to the leaf packs to have chafing worries. Are you looking at the e-brake cable sheath?
