Ok you got the fancy stuff... (maybe that is why the bears keep chasing you though)
    _that_ chafe may be fixed,
(bet your glad you didn't use the red tape ball trick there huh. )

Well where you put the red tape (on your truck ebrake cable, not the other place) I'm used to seeing a bracket something like this (below)... is that bracket still there on yours?

 You were warned about this 15 months ago:

The OME leaf pack has a threaded hole on the retainer clip meant for the keeper. If you cut yours off already, just use a cushion clamp with slightly larger diameter than the E-brake cable and install with a short screw.

Since your using P-clips its probably all apples to oranges: With the OME leafs I still had to space out about 1/2" (the thickness of a U-Bolt nut) in order to keep the e-brake cables from getting caught up on the next forward leaf retainer clip (The u- shaped bracket on the leafs) through articulation. Since you are using p-clips now this may all be different but might be worth having some longer bolts around to experiment.

Crappy pic but you can see the spacer and the wear on rubbing/catching on the leaf bracket.

^Just mount the keeper or P-clamp to the forward retainer bolt:

    upload_2022-9-17_18-54-14.jpg

It's what I did with Icon RXT leafs. Had to open up the hole in the OEM keeper with a uni-bit:

No, cut that off forever ago since adding the leafs would stretch that cable too much and woulda been too tight before hand.
Now that i think about it. I cut that bracket ofed because i might have measured it at full droop...

The OME retainer itself is threaded. The bolt tip doesn't protrude past the retainer face.

Most likely AC drain tube is clogged, check the passenger side firewall in the engine bay

Just checked. Perfectly clear. That’d be way to easy. Wonder if some crap entered thru there and ended up in the system? I did have the truck buried up to the top of the fender on that one side once…

Upon further inspection there’s condensation around the blower motor? Wtf?
