Does anyone know off the top of their head how long (or if any) the warrantee is on factory Toyota tonneau covers?

 

not a clue, i figured most of that (if not installed by the dealer) is tail-light warranty

 

It was dealer installed, nothing to do with the install..the panels of the cover itself are warping.

 

Buy a Diamond Back...call it a day

 

I actually thought of that...until I saw the pice tag. wtf?
I'm kinda torn...I want one but I don't...tonneau cover that is.
It's nice to have one to hide things away and out of the weather.

 

I got mine warranty repaired before 60,000km. Was the oem tri-fold and dealer installed. $0 outta pocket. My middle panel can opener’d itself when the hinge froze.

 

Is it here yet?? Really curious on the powertrain.

 

Should be 3yr/60k if installed at time you bought the truck. Not sure what it is if you buy it from the parts counter later.

Yep. It's remarkable how many exterior features were already finalized in 2021, like the little lip spoiler on the tailgate cap and the tailgate popper on the tail light:

 

It reminds me of every leak ever where the manufacturer always says, No, that's a fan rendering. Nothing has been finalized yet and we are still in the design phase and then 2 years later it's exactly that and it's always been that.

 

Dose anyone seal this up when you trim your fenders? If so what do you use and would sparyfoam work

 

^No need. There's really nothing behind there.

For 35s most people remove the inner fender liner and the foam piece altogether. Some fabricate a little shield for the door hinges so they don't get caked in dirt and start squeaking.
