    BUMP!
    as in bump stops.

What does everyone have for the fronts? at this point, anything is better than OEM.

I see some threads pointing to Energy Suspension 8.9101G (Which ES points out it's for the 05-13 Tacoma) and Energy Suspension - 8.9104G (For 96-09 4runner rear bumps:boink:)
everything else is too expensive. like hell spending $400 on timbren's junk (I'll take the 3D printed ones from Perry parts for $90USD)

we all collectively know the GM Bumpstops rule the rear

Probably same camp as timberens for price but have been happy with sumo bumps. Bought them when stock as a band aid and worked well. With the lift they are progressive and seamless. The only downside i could say is because their girth, they need to be removed to get a cv axle out.

Is it me or are the 8.9104 the same as the 9.9135?

    https://teamenergysuspension.com/product/energy-suspension-9-9135g-bump-stop-univ-2-1-2-tall/

Zooming into the images (as energy suspension refuses to show actual specs to me on mobile) both sets have markings engraved 6079. Guess they are the same thing but get whatever is cheaper? The 8.9104 also has bolts, but do we know if the threads are the same as the oem bumps?

Yes the 8.9104 bolt threads are the same as OEM bumps. I'm running them. There are like 3-4 Amazon reviews with pictures showing them installed on Tacomas and 4Runners. Metric allen bolts would otherwise be an additional expense.

Just be sure to lather the bolts in cosmoline. The black oxide finish otherwise wouldn't last one winter.

Bring a trailer has been a joke in recent years. Everything that goes up there gets inflated

But man, isn't that mega cruiser a cool post... maybe if we sell like 4 tacos... we could get it, sell a 5th to build it and it would have more room that all the sacrificed trucks combined ʱªʱªʱª(ᕑᗢᓫ∗)
