Did you cut it with the spark free wheel? Or removed the entire assembly first?

Copper pipe cutter works as well, what I used without removing it last time, but looks good  what @tacoma16 did recently it seems.

Once it’s removed it’s not a huge deal. I think I used a portaband but meh. @llamasmurf looks good!

Why you looking for baby tires? They won't rub on a golf cart.

If they don’t have it, I would call standard auto wreckers. They can check all their yards and they ship. From Toronto to Cambridge it was $300 for a front diff all in. Same with an fj case.

You probably already know of it, but car-part.com is a aggregator of all the wrecking yards parts. Super useful.

Like others said, I had a guy reached me out not long ago who wants to sell his entire truck. Spare truck for parts? Make an offer for the price of the diff and get the truck as a bonus. Let me know

Spent my Easter weekend fabricating a custom exhaust for my 3RZ swap. Surprised myself at the rate of progress, was essentially completed in 3 late nights.

2.25" DOM pipe, catalytic converter, both O2 sensors, one union flange, and a cherry bomb glass pack I cut off a scrap truck 15 years ago. Only concern I have is on that cherry bomb, only time will tell if I replace it with something chambered to cut decibels. Gotta protect the little ears in my family.

Quick vid from saturday night. I couldn't run the motor too long with the proximity of the exhaust to the tcase, floor, brake lines, & fuel lines....but fiberglass wrap and adhesive backed heat shield are sitting on the bench soon to go on.
    https://youtu.be/Uq676rDkgG0

Had a buddy lay down a couple coats of BBQ Paint to slow down the rate of surface rusting.

Up next, fiberglass wrapping of the Tri-Y header, and catalytic pipe to the 2-bolt flange union after the T-case.
