Decent deal for someone looking for a bolt on rear bumper upgrade.

That would be a strength downgrade.

I need to run a wire from the engine bay to the cab, and found this big grommet. Should I try to worm it through with the other wires (seems difficult), or just poke a hole in
the grommet and feed the wire through the hole?
    2025-05-25 17.06.27.jpg

Also - does anyone know if there is something close behind this part? Want to attach something with self tappers, but don't want to kill any wiring or anything
    that sits behind it.

That plastic panel pictured can be popped off very easily with a pry tool of some variety (or a flat head). Best to pop it off and check.

You can feed through the existing grommet. There are lots of wires behind that cubby but it is easily removed. I've done both things you're asking

Be sure to get it done before the next mall crawl in June that you were supposed to organize.

I got it done yesterday. I asked management to post and they dropped the ball :notsure:

I assume they didn't want to see any of you clowns.

^Yes doable if it uses the forest access road to get to Kearney Lake Rd and not the entrance we typically use.

Is there no switched fuse in the engine bay fuse box ? (2017) - only in the cabin-mounted fuse box ?

All the ignition-switched fuses are under the dash. The only ignition-switched fuse in the under-hood fuse box is the INJ or IGN fuse. It isn't recommended to tap that fuse, as it gets powered when the truck does periodic evap system self-tests.

I'm thinking another place might be a better "corolla" camp.
