I upgraded from a ford ranger. Totally worth it, I love my truck. I get at least 550km to a tank, used to get over 700 with stock tires.

I agree, the truck did pretty well for fuel economy. I use the computers. Not sure how accurate they are but take it for what it is. I do almost all highway driving and could pull 11-11.5L/100km in the tacoma stock easy. Between 11-120kmh.

Once i did 265/75r16. 31.7” it was around 12.5. But the computer wasn’t calculated for it. So slightly better mileage than what the computer showed.

The zr2 hurts me. I could do about 12.5l per 100km stock.

    With 33s it’s about 14L/100km or more.

Haha, I used to think the same, but when my gas bill started costing me >$200/week and my co-worker with F250 pays similar amount, it got me thinking about MPGs a little bit...

given we drive same amount of kms/week

Yea you guys use your trucks for commuting way more than I do, I am only 3.2 km each way to work. In the summer I commute on my motorcycle almost everyday. I am so close to home I come home for lunch and let the dogs out every day.

All these upgrades are going to go to good use this summer for me :cookiemonster:

Anybody own these? Looking at getting myself a set, cheaper than a winch this year.

Those are what I have. Pretty happy with them. Only complaint I have is the way they stack. They don’t stack for shit. That’s a pretty good price considering.

If you plan to put them on the rack you may need to have them on there own. I was going to have them on my roof rack but they wouldn’t stack well. I didn’t make a mount but they do stack higher. Totally worth the price though. Thinking of picking up another set.

from what I've seen they actually hold up pretty well.
Might not flex nice or have big lugs like TREDs but hey for that price can't go wrong.

I was going to get them but when I found out they don't stack well figured I'd pass.
I remember looking at peters, stacked his two were pretty much as high as my four treds.

And the warranty on treds is great.
That said...you could buy five sets of those for what I paid for my two sets of treds lol.
