I might consider for an over nighter

Weather permitting and if I'm done with the rubbing issues.

Would like to have my snorkel on to

Im up for anything, that does sound good though; spot by the lake if I remember correctly.

I thought id be begging people to go, looks like weve got a fee forsures.

Just keeping it simple, everyone mark it down and show up. Not going to make a list etc. Just a casual trip.

Don’t worry about rubbing, i figure ill be missing a few fender flares. I refuse to level my truck until I load it with my camping stuff and see how she sits and rides.

    Canoe you say?

Might need to make a trip together then with mine lol

Ya I'm probably about a 50/50 about going. Really depends on weather as I don't have a really warm under quilt for the hammock. I'm really only good down to about 0C anything cooler is really pushing it. Really more like 4C

I haven't tested it yet and Hennessy doesn't actually give a rating as it's up to you. With the second layer you can add stuff to it but with the insulation they provide I've read reviews saying 0C is the absolute limit. I do have a 4lb wool blanket I could try and add too but still.

My bag is rated colder but the problem is that air under can make you really cold.

Sorry for the spamming but just checked

AccuWeather does go all the way to may 5th calling for -3 overnight.

That could and likely will change but just got thought at least.

It's all about alcohol consumption - the more you drink the warmer it will be, and if I go I'll keep the camping ground warm with my fires...

Sorry, meant camping. No canoe for me

No worries, ill be going to ardbeg may 5th. If you’re there great. If not no worries, always next time.
I don’t mind cold camping, just make sure you have more than enough. Last time i went to minden in April it was frosty when we woke up haha.

Agreed, weather is unpredictable, ill believe it 3-4 days before.

ya I've camped in those temps before but that was with a ground tent. Which tehn again I could always do this trip too.

My sleeping pad and bag is good for those temps its just I'd rather use the hammock.
