he's really just trying to sell his cage lmao.

Peter runs a Group 27 deep cycle and I'll be running the same.
Its iether do dual or single group 31 basically.

I'm running dual group 27s deep cycles.
Main battery is a North Star group 27F aux is a motomaster nautlaus ultra group 27.

Already did all the math etc single group 27 dedicated only to aux is more than enough for a fridge and some lights especially since most lights will be run with truck running.

he just wants to sell his cage lmao. He's doing the same to me.

For a fridge and some lights as long as its a deep cycle with a decent reserve capacity a group 27 is enough.
I did the math I should be able to run the fridge for 3-4 days before running the aux flat.
Only way I could run the battery flat fast is if I tried to run all my lights without the truck running for a while. Basically I could get 1-2 hours of all my lights on before battery is done.

Would I ever really run 48 000 lumens of lights without truck running? No

for structural steel and rebar I usually end up with either Gilbert or Stampa lately.

Last job was Stampa previous two were Gilbert.
Seems a lot of times for all the other welders its either Western or MRM.

I work for Plan Group, sure you've heard of them.

I general contract on the side. I didn't know I would be off this long or else I would have put more effort into looking for work/customers. I didn't want to start all these jobs and then have to go work full time and leave people waiting and wondering.
I know I will get a ton of calls once I start back full time.

No, I'm just waiting for work in general. Lol
I joined up with 506 end of March. Just finished certification for Skid Steer operator yesterday. I'll be on the big excavators next. Since I'm idle I might as well get all the learning while it's free.

    The size.

Which will reflect amperage and reserve capacity etc.

My north star group 27 is 1080 cold crank amps
    195 minute reserve

    Group 24
Or group 27 if you have tow.

But 3rd Gen Canadian spec gets group 24 regardless which sucks
