    The 2-door JL base model can be ordered this way - no wires going to the doors. The 4-door JL base model has power windows and locks standard, but then it costs more than a Tacoma TRD Off Road!

    I was wondering if I should get the low-profile ones. They just stick out less up top where you air up?

    They have a 1/2 inch nut instead of a hand twist plastic part that holds them together. Seems like it would'nt be as prone to damage.

    ^Correct. You use a wrench to tighten it instead of the plastic wing nut.

    I think I've worked in both ends of the temp spectrum.
    Seems that 50C is the magic number, at -50 and +50 shit stops working.
