Yes I have lived in North Bay all my life, just much more shore fishing, and stream trout fishing with friends as a kid. Not much on boats.

Your nice wheels will get scratched, just letting you know ;)
Read the past 20-30 pages, some guys got moderate damage from the last trip, including me.
Plus rear diff breather is a must, unless you want to do oil change after.

Mine got scratched when we ran minden.

Although only rated as a 2 on OF4WD, there are a few spots where there is no bypass and its not the easiest of terrain to get through.

@NorilskSever video of when we did it
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v9dyA2yXpw0

and his damage is to be expected when you see how he wheels. lol
But those highway tires might be hard to get through the trail with.

Well any one got suggestions for this? I think I bent the entire passenger rear fender...I am going to see what guys in the overland thread with large amounts of weight on the rails are doing. This is getting a little much. This is with bed stiffeners.

    yikes.

I feel like you need some sort of bracing across the tailgate. Or a different mounting system than the bed rails.
Some sort of mount that goes to the frame. Basically need to drill the bed, have some sort of skeleton to the cap and RTT to carry that weight.

I think the Leitner bed rack mounts to the frame in some way. I'm thinking something like you see for those full sizes that move counter tops or large panels of glass.

Or those drop in Campers that fit in the bed, often mount to the frame in some manner to carry that load.
You basically need some sort of skeleton like Ryan had on his ram but carrying through to the frame to support the cap from the inside.

I'm sure its a combination of the weight in general and the constant shift in load while off road. Figure all that momentum stored in the RTT and cap being shifted from side to side when the truck leans etc.

Well lucky for you, you have a welder haha.
Maybe see if Ryan and Glenn can help you fab something up? Or try the shop that bent eugenes bed rack bars for him?

Also for the Minden run how were all you guys from the GTA planning to get there?

I normally avoid the 115 in the summer because of all the cottage traffic but it being the fall it might not be that bad on saturday morning. I normally head up the 404 and cut through sutton to get there but could do 115.

If we do 115 I believe there's an on route in bowmanville?
Thinking we all cruise up together

    @NeonHeights @NorilskSever @tacoma16 @Theicemedic
I'm guessing @Taco-Can will be heading 115 being out that way, so if we go 115 we can all probably cruise up.

    THIS

DO IT DO IT. Do a full custom Flatbed canapy type build. Something like Ronny Dahl used to have on his 79 series?
Or any of the aussies do with their trays.

There is an Esso station at the end of 404, the GTA guys can meet there.

It could work I go that way all the time to Skye's trailer and you saw where it was when we did Minden. But taking the 115 lets you get off onto 35 and then its just a straight run. It also means all the east end guys cruise too its also a bit more direct.

Doesn't really matter to me I'm in the middle of both the 115 and the 404 so I can go either way.
Just figured the 115 would be more direct and possibly faster on a saturday morning.
