Nice, good for going with the 16”. I wanted 15’s and it was either grind the brake calliper or get spacers. I got spacers but I’m a fan of the poke now

Haven't put them on the truck yet. Still have the blizzaks on my oem wheels. Sure wish the snow would leave. Just picked up the truck today with the new frame installed. New frame, new wheels, new tires..... it's fucking Christmas at my house lmao:bananadance:

I was going to blast and paint the frame before install but the shop burned down where I work a few weeks ago. Picked the truck up at 10 this morning from the dealership and had it krowned at 11.

Is there a good budget way to replace the leather on the steering wheel? It doesn’t bother me that much but it would be nice to not have any torn leather on the wheel. I’ve seen some wheel swaps as well with newer gens and corolla wheels but I’m not sure if airbag would still work

It’s not a leather swap but I’ve seen some people do paracord weaving around their wheels that had shitty leather. Not sure if that’s your thing but some look really good.

If you are good with needle and thread:

A replacement leather steering wheel is about $260 on eBay (used OEM), example: https://www.ebay.ca/itm/2005-2011-Toyota-Tacoma-Leather-Steering-Wheel-OEM/273581544326

Of course you can go full retard and get an upgraded wheel with carbon fiber or wood inserts, but be prepared to spend more:

I've always been a fan of the chromed chain steering wheels from the 80s. Don't think they will work with airbags though.

I usually pull over or beside them at a red light and calmly ask what the problem is/was.
