Just some little projects. I ordered some LED bulbs for licence plate, and interior lights. I also ordered those hose key clamp things for the tailgate to prevent that from getting stolen! When I bought the truck in August I had to wait a little longer because someone actually went to the dealership and stole all the tailgates off the trucks. Of course it was one night where they had to cut power for a construction job. Inside job ya think? lol

You must go offroading to need rocksliders?

I was telling guys at work about it and they said that they remember that happening for a while. Back when they were in their 20's...decades ago.

It might be getting more popular now with all the cameras being in the tailgates. Damn toyota not adding a locking tailgate. Heard bad things about the aftermarket locking handles too.

I guess my early 80's Datsun and mid '80s Ford weren't all that appealing at the time.

Oh come on, I'm sure the truck was sweet, just maybe not the tailgate? Lol

Nah, both were pretty much rust-buckets in the late 80s by the time i got them. The tail-gates were actually in better shape than the rest of the truck they were on..

    Yes sir
Not like rock crawling to where I would need them to brace off rocks and trees or for a jacking point but they're the same price as steps as well as they look better. I'll use them more in the future for their intended purpose when the rig is more ready for rock crawling (obviously outside of Sask.). After rock sliders, some skids would be needed and then I'd feel decently comfortable going rock crawling; however a front bumper with winch would be nice to have as well.

Haha nice, well I would rather spend my money on mods than on a new tailgate, just to be safe!

That's awesome, yeah you already got the tires and lift/suspension.

I just looked up the trd pro grill, they want about $500 on eBay for it. Wtf.

Tires won't fit if you don't lift.

Grille won't fit if you don't install everything else.
