That sounds like a deal, let me know when you’re ready and get the others and we can set up payment.

After reading this thread I can’t come out with a clear answer. Does anyone know what the bend dimensions should be?

Do you mean the bend for the mounting tabs? The middle one is 1" down and the outside two are 3/4" down.

I remember reading that but it didn't make sense at the time. That's not the correct way to call out a bend but now I get it. Thanks man

Sorry I went MIA here, something must have come up and I completely forgot about this. I still have the spacers if you're interested. Or anyone else for that matter.4161315D-3B1D-48BC-AC49-94B30900B730.jpg

Hey, I’ll still take them off your hands. Haven’t gotten much going on this project, but this would be the last piece I’d need and I’d have no excuses. Let me know how you’d like payment and we can set this up!
    Thanks!

Love the artwork! Unfortunately the original is too long to hang on the wall of my regular cab, I may need to modify it to fit so I can support the local artist.

Has anyone found decent edge trim to use on the fairing?

So I ended up having a go at this. I had some extrustions given to me but still have to order some more to get the shell rack done also. The main issue is the stuff I already have is 1.5 x 3 extrusion so all the holes and such I had to change over along with all the alignment from the top. I dont mind sharing these files but just gota keep it mind it wont fit with everyone else standard hardware.

5 pcs cut laser cut $87.50
    powder coat - $100
    half sheet of 3/16 Alum - $255

20220907_184100.jpgGot them back from powdercoat. Cutting the rails but my saw died. Just going to paint the extrusion. Will share files when I make sure everything fits but these will be for 15 series extrusion.

Another where to bend question. On this thread there is a multiple opinions on where to bend. I decided to use the 'measure up 3" from bottom'. I have attached a picture. You will notice the difference in measurement on the top of the foot. Before I do this, can anyone help me decide? TIA

Ill try to get some better pictures later, the sun wasnt wanting to play ball this late in the day. My old shell racks brackets lined up perfectly with the cabs rack so didnt have to do anymore holes in the shell or fabwork.

I ended up making this art piece. I got the metal cut 3/16 aluminum for $251 cnd
    Got the extrusions for $280cnd
Powder coated and friend for $150cnd
    Total $681. I got the hardware free.99

    measuring the bend lines.

finished product. I got the TRD logos taken out so it’s just a blank slate.

The last bar hits the fin so I have to figure out what to do with this.

I had to ream the last two holes (nearest the box) on each side to make it all fit.

Came back bent from the powder coater. Wasn’t worried as I imagined the cross bars would sort it out
