My dad, a career Greyhound driver would walk around whatever vehicle he was about to drive and kick each wheel. I thought it was weird and sometimes embarrassing. Maybe not. Right again Dad.

We had the 'circle check' at the phone company back in the day. Still makes sense today!

 

The lug were obviously stolen. I could not be driven more than several feet without a wheel dropping out, so it wasn't driven there without the nuts.
After the nuts were stolen someone got in it, turned the wheel and started to move forward and that's when the pass side wheel was forced off the studs to fall off. You can see the studs are all off-center to the holes in a forward motion direction.
The electric impacts are not that loud. Hopefully there is security video.

 

I lived in Fargo once and about 85% there are Karens or Karens in training. They're all looking for an engineer at Microsoft or Bobcat to "treat" them and he better have a lake place in Minnesota
