Hey Taco fans!! I just purchased a 07 Tacoma Double cab SR5 Open Road package. I cannot find anyone that knows or have heard of this Open Road package. I bought it used so I researched the dealer it was sold new from and they had no clue. I called Toyota cust. service and was told it did not exist. Has anybody ever heard of this package or seen the badging on any other Taco????? Thanks :help:

Thanks for your time. The only thing I can tell you is the badging (normally where TRD off road is ) Says SR5 Open road Toyota development. It also has matching stripes down the side. When I get a picture I'll post it with my name. The badging is intricate and doesnt appear to be cheap vinal using at least 4 colors. Thanks again

You prob bought a Tacoma with a custom bed decal and the dealership decided to make up their own package and call it the "open road"

I've never seen that? Not sure if it's the pic but it does look like it's crooked. Looks like it starts to slope down between the O and the P in OPEN. Maybe it was a custome decal? The factory is good about putting them on straight. Not sure??

    It's a custom decal..I'm just had a dumb thought...Toyota doesn't make a SR5 decal..they come with none...they just added one :p

It's an aftermarket sticker. Nothing wrong with that though.Except that they misspelled development.

Oops... they spelled development wrong. I would tear it off and order some new custom decals.
