mine was close to 60 pounds for 1.25" .120

If thats 1.75" which even one like to run your looking around 85 pounds. People under estimate the strengh of steel. Mine is made of 1.25" and ive put over 600 on top of it by then my leafs were screaming

 

Well if i can go smaller i'll do that, i just want to be able to mount my RTT, my Hi-lift on there and if i have to use it in conjunction with my OEM roof rack, it can withstand heavy loads.

So the smaller size you listed previously will work well it seems, as the extra weight, i dont mind that aspect of it as long as it's within a respectable range, no need for extra weight if i dont need it

thanks man, i just got the truck back from the shop today actually about to upload some updated pics without trail damage haha it was about a 600$ lesson to not try and keep up with 4wd rigs when mud and limited line choices are presented because thats why i got the damage in the first place.
