Alright fellas where do I start?

 

You start by putting a jack stand under it.

Then you pound out what looks like broken wheel studs, with a punch and BFH.

Set the new studs, and seat them with a lug nut and wrench.

 

Looks like your already half way there. Pull the drum the rest of the way off and see how fucked up the pads, springs and everything inside is.

Also I can't see any see any studs poking out at all. It's like the drum rotated and hid them from me. How do I remove/rotate the drum?

Pull it off?

 

If you can't get the drum off by beating it with a bfh, there are some smaller holes that you can insert maybe 1/4 or 1/8 in bolts. Tightem them a little at a time across from each other and it will push the drum off.

 

I think I've rotate this hub somehow so I can tap out each lug because behind each one is a steel backing that won't allow it to come out. What next?

You pound them from the outside in. Then you slide new studs in from the backside, set the drum in place, and pull the studs in, or "seat" them, with a lug nut.

When you say outside, you mean the way I'm looking at them now outside back inside away from me inside?

If I can sort this out the rest should be simple.

Yes, pound the studs out of the hub from the outside, where the picture is looking.
