    The FJ case is a J-shift case. I'm using it so I won't have to wire a stock Tacoma electronic shifting case, with a 4wd computer and ADD wiring. That would be a rediculous PITA. I'll wire the front diff's ADD to a switch.

    I will have to twin stick the case, as the J-shift won't fit next to the automatic shifter.

    The transmission is in the 2nd pic. I got that, the front driveshaft, and a set of hubs for $500. I got the front diff with all hardware, 2 factory CV's, a cheap spare CV, and spindles/hubs for $500. :D

    What? No. The FJ case is identical to the 2nd gen tacoma case, but the FJ is manual shifting. Tacoma is electronic.
