Opinion: 3rd Gen Tail Lights

where can I find these? I need to get rid of my chrome tail lights ASAP and these look great.

 

These are stock that came on my truck sir. I’m sure you can get some OEM ones at a Toyota dealer. Amazon probably has them too, just watch out for knock offs.

 

Thanks! I found a couple at a dealer near me. This may be a stupid question, but...would these fit a 2021? Everything I see online is saying that these only fit ‘16-‘20. Is that just a case of those descriptions not being updated to include the new model? Being 3rd gen I’m thinking I should be ok but I’d rather be certain before making a purchase.

 

yes. Fitment is the same for all 3rd Gens (16 - 21)

What temps did you use to open it and what did you use to seal it back up? I am very interested in doing these to mine. TIA

 

You actually will need to cut them open, ultra sonic knife, or serious skills with a hot knife or small dremel cutting wheel. believe they are plastic welded shut.
