    Hi,

Long time since i posted on the forum. I was thinking about changing the wheels on my taco and would like some input from the taco experts! The truck has an OME lift kit and is currently riding on 265-70-17 Michelin AT tires. The truck has some vibration issues from 50-60 mph that I’m not sure are caused by a bent wheel or bad tires given that they are starting to show some dry rot. So I was thinking about replacing the tires, wheels or tire/wheel combo.

Most taco owners down here in Puerto Rico are switching to the 4runner 20 inch wheels but i just don't like the way the taco looks with low profile tires.

    Here are my current options:
What do you think looks best?

Definitely number three or four. I just think that's a pretty truck. You really can't go wrong with any of those choices. Check out some of the vendor's threads for wheels. You never know. The right wheels/tires can really fine tune the looks of a truck

Is your truck 4x4? I can't see any point in a 20" wheel on a 4x4. Low profile tires are next to useless off-road I'd think.

I like Option #2 personally. But that's 100% without value.

This is your truck. Only you need to like it.

Its a 4x2. I personally don't like the way the Tacoma looks with 20 inch wheels.

I'd weigh in, but my opinion would be somewhat biased...

    I say the 3rd option.
