I would greatly appreciate any advice, I am not very mechanical/technically minded. I own a 96 Tacoma 4x4, 2.7 4 cylinder, AUTO. The odo is about to roll over 300,000 miles. I have owned the truck for 15 years and Ive never done any major work to the truck, oil changes and other fluids, plugs, tires and gas is about it. My question is, what are some things I need to give attention to? I hope to drive the truck another 5-10 years, and she runs pretty good considering the miles, a little weak but figure thats the mileage. I've been told by my local Toyota dealer that since the engine has a timing chain, to "drive it till it breaks" so I'm not really concerned about that. Drivetrain, bearings, shocks, etc????? Again, thanks for any help you can offer.
