I have a 2020 off-road with the climate and tech packages. I'm noticing on the A/C it will get perfectly cold @ 40 degrees and then either the compressor or metering are cycling off, the air gets warmer and humid, vent temps go to maybe 47 degrees and then five or six seconds later right back down to 40 degrees again.

Looking for opinions or advice, is that just how it is? Do others trucks behave like that too or should I take it in? It is just annoying going cold, humid warm, cold, humid warm every ten seconds. I have the most up-to-date TSB installed already.

Mine did this after they replaced the ac compressor, eventually it fixed itself. I believe it was due to the system being over pressure. The compressor would kick on then kick off really fast due to too high of pressure resulting in the same thing you are saying. I did take it to the dealer but they said it was normal despite it not doing it before the new compressor install.

Over time the pressure bleed off to a safe level and it works just fine now.
