Hey everyone, just got and installed a new shifter knob today. Kinda on the fence about it. I think it looks ok. But it def has a better feel than the stock due to the fact that it is smaller. What do y'all think?

Why did you point that out.

As a former 2-pack-a-day Camel smoker and current 4-bowl-a-week pipe smoker.... :puke:

There's def still room for improvement. Until it tips over and almost dumps I don't dump it. I guess next time I'll have to be sure that my truck is spotless before i take pics.[IMG]

    LOL!

Knob is cool. I like it, and if it's comfy that's all that matters.

Cup holder... I like your cup holder insert.
My '08 has that stupid plastic thing with fingers that lever down to hold the cup, except they have ZERO strength and I'm glad I always close the lid on my commuter cup or I'd be mopping up coffee from the carpet.

Thanks. Spillage is the reason I got the floor mats and hopefully soon the seat covers(wet okoles take forever to come in). I'm basically obsessed with this site. My wife doesn't and probably won't ever understand my obsession with my truck. Although she eventually agrees that it looks good.

If you ever thought about quitting chew leave that spit bottle in the truck for a couple weeks in 90 degree weather...open it up, stick your nose right over it, and breath in. It cured me.

I like your knob! (no homo)

I would actually like to get something like that for myself but IIRC they didn't make that same design for the 6 speed. :( I've already worn out the factory knob within 30k kms from new and im starting to wear out the replacement. No more leather knobs for me soon enough.
