opinions on Rhino Rack vs tracrac cap rack?

I need to add a rack to the shell on a 2nd gen. I'd love to go under the shell like the old days, but, no, not recommended. And can't use the old rack from my 1st gen. Kargomaster pro lll top mount is too heavy for this shell (140# by itself) once I put things on it, and there aren't many options for over cab racks. So I'm looking at these two and will use a removable rack on the cab when I need length. Anyone have experience with both? Is one noisier than the other?
