I actually had to modify a set of brand new crager rock crawler style wheels in the 17" size to clear the caliper.

The holes were stamped with a flare on the inside...

Yeah the steel wheels are hard to fit no matter the size.

My heart isn't set on them at all, I perfer the black konig ones that were for sale here earlier. I just saw these and liked them.

I may hold off and get sliders for the time being, then rims next year. But whooo knows.

    Decisions, Decisions.

On the other hand, ran my 94 Toy pickup with the white wagon style steel wheels for 200k miles without any issues...

Those are ATX Thug wheels and I have them on my truck. I think they look great to be honest. Depending on what condition they are in, $500 isnt to bad at all since new ones seperately go for around $170.

Well you should still try and find out what offset and backspacing they are so you dont have any major rubbing issues. You will have to trim no matter what though if you go with 32"s or 33"s.

Oh are there different offsets for the same rims? Aren't they the same as yours?

Yeah that's the crappy part about private sales. It will work out though. It took me 4 months of looking everyday before I got my rims on Craigslist.

This just in! He got back to me, so the backspacing on the rims according to him is 4.5" or 5"... not very decisive haha. But that's what he said.

considering the wheels are off the truck, it shouldn't take more than a couple minutes to measure the backspace for you if the seller doesn't know the make and model of the wheels to look them up online for the specs...

although, either backspacing will work on a second gen...
