    Anyone done this kit ?ToyTec Bilstein Adjustable lift kit with 5100 shocks 1995-2004 Tacoma I am wanting to lift 3" and do 33's

    I have that exact kit on my truck and have installed many!
    IMO it is a very nice ride that is slightly firmer than stock TRD suspension, YET is much more supple and smooth. A definite hit!
    I personally think the 3" is pushing it in regards to travel, and also the resulting cv angles.
    With the diff drop, I went 2.5" and 1 inch rear lift and it leveled the truck perfect. I had
    32" tires and no issues.

    hey flandog. so what you have on your taco is the 5100's set at 2.5 with the Toytec/Eibach coils? Also, what did you use for the 1" rear...a block or AAL?
