    I think you can still order a complete frame from Toyota for like 4-5k if you're willing to throw that money at it.

    Rebuilt / frame swap at 200K
    I started a frame swap in April. It is a lot of work, and you’ll probably end up replacing a lot more than just the frame. But none of it is super hard, I’m right in the middle of it and I’m really glad I went this route. For me the lack of parts available in junkyards is the most time consuming part, I either drive across two states or buy new and wait on COVID shipping/supply chain issues.
