I noticed that also. They are H4 and fit mine fine. They didn't make any adjustments to the headlight housing from 13 - 15

Any issue with the wattage being different than stock?

None. Not any brighter that I can tell (I suppose because of the blue tint) but a white light that matches the LED DTRL's and marker lights. If I had one criticism about them it "is" the blue tint that you can see in the reflector bowl when turned off. I'll eventually get around to Retroing them but in the mean time these are fine. I'll not be doing the LED thing again.

Mine are bright. I don't get flashed often, really no difference with high beams. Mine have been in 3 months, and the only real complaint is they project a bit spotty, but overall very nice.

I should note I have the factory replacement healights from the melted lenses.

Mine are still going strong! Love the lights, they have been reliable.

Unfortunately there is a lot of scatter in the OEM housings, so I see projectors in the near future.

I've had them since last April. I don't get flashed often, which is surprising, since I light up trees overhead, freeway signs, and second story windows with the scattered light. I don't want to be one of "those guys" blinding other motorists and I hate halogens, so I'm going to bite the bullet and get a set of projectors as soon as my tax refund shows up. Any day now! I'll keep you posted.

Bottom line: OPT7 bulbs are great, but I don't think they should be in Stock light fixtures.

Ohhhhhh yeah it brightens up the halogens fixtures! :)

I did do the mod the OP did, I have the exact same setup. :D The OPT7 lights are a bit more bluish than the Morimoto LED fogs, but I don't care. Is way better than stock! !!

can anyone walk me through the splicing of resistors? I'm a little slow in the dept- I found some on Amazon that say no cutting required-quick splicing connect - im just confused on which wires to plug into since the DTRL has 3 wires-green/white and i think yellow
