Looks like you are wiring it into left taillight. That would explain why, only left turn and brake is working. Most get wired into trailer harness.

just wiring the left turn signal and brake into taillight. only one or the other works… all other signals are fine. the rest are wired into the trailer harness but there’s no running lights in them

Before you fry the taco's combination meter, don't combine vehicle wires AND towing wires to the added light bar. Towing combines Stop N Turn on one wire for left, same for right.

i mounted mine just beneath the spare tire access hole. just had to remove the plastic bushing on the hole.

but +1 on the trailer harness adapter. i always mod sacrifical harnesses like that if i can. makes pulling/modding easier to keep the oem plugs.

after install 1/8th of the bar burned out. so this spring i need to replace it. not super happy about it given the cost, and their warranty page seems to indicate it's a fairly common failure, going by what the warranty doesn't cover...

I did same exact thing recently off your exact post above
I just can't get the reverse to work - spliced thin white wire off the Opt7 light bar to center white wire on the Curt harness but didn't get reverse to work - all other light functions work as expected

I never hooked up the reverse, I have really bright led lights in my tail lights for reversing

the curt harness uses aftermarket wiring color standards, so the colors won't match up.

white is ground, blue is reverse.

I'll look at it again in next day or two - but don't think my Curt 55384 had a blue - it had like 3-4 whites, a green, brown and yellow - but I saw somewhere it is whatever the middle cable is and on mine it was white
    Thanks for the reply

and that's the factory plug colors, right?

just clarifying in case he tries to look for those colors on the curt harness.

t-taps are horrific wire suicide devices. but now that the damage is already done, the wire is already cut, be sure to take it off, and put a thick coating of dielectric grease where the t-tap is-- t-tap's open up a direct path to the inner copper wire, which can encourage moisture entry, which encourages corrosion, which will rot out the wire.
