    Hey TW members,

I've been reading a lot of posts about optimum alignment specs for lifts 3" and above but there's very little on what the specs should be for a small leveling kit.

With Bilsteins @ 1.75" up front and 1.5" AAL in rear, should I shoot for exactly 0 toe and camber like suggested for larger lifts, and just hope for good caster at the end of the day ( stock UCAs)?

    Thanks a lot!

your gonna get around 1.5* of caster with that setup if that.

I have 1.75 5100's up front and a 2in AAL in the rear of my DCSB. i was able to get 1.5* of caster with 0 camber... but hated the way it drove, also the fact that the UCA would hit coil at droop.

Installed SPC arms and got 3.4* of caster on each side -0.4* of camber for even tire wear and .1* of toe in per side. Drives like a damn champ now.

Thanks for the input nd4spdbh! Camber and Toe settings confuse me a bit.. I think even 0 camber and 0 toe is out of factory spec on my RC. Is the general idea to minimize camber and toe as much as possible after a lift? I hear you on the caster.. I think as it is now one side is 1.7* and the other is 2*

    Too few to list.
From what I can remember, I was able to get 1.9 and 2.1 of caster on 1.75" setting on 5100's with zero camber/toe. Drove fine. Each truck is different. You might just get away without getting UCA's. On my current truck, Eibach coils (1.6") and was barely able to get 2.0 caster on one side.

I have 2.0*/2.2* caster on my truck after installing 1.6" Eibach coils. Very pleased with the ride. Full droop barely clears the coil but at least it clears. I didn't notice any change in steering feel or wandering, good or bad, from stock but I also drive slow most of the time. I may get new UCA's eventually but it's low on the list. New leaf springs are a much higher priority after I learned how much mine sagged in a year with the canopy on it.
