Optional wheels

hey! Just ordered a new TRD OR long bed! Very excited for it to arrive!

Wondering if anyone here got the optional dark satin allow wheels? Curious how they look on a white taco. I haven't been able to find any images.

 

I have seen them on an sr5, nice looking wheel imo

 

Anyone have photos? They seem to be pretty rare.

 

I have seen them on TW, under 3rd gen, do a search. Or try Toyota's web site.

 

I have these wheels on my 17 SR5 4X4 AC. I ordered it that way, at NO extra cost. They are NOT an Option on the 4X4's SR5's --they are a choice -those or the lighter silver wheels. I am not sure about getting them put on the more expensive trim levels. My guess --the dealer could get it done if they wanted to do a little extra paperwork for you. I have never seen them on a new OR, Sport, or limited model
The main thing I like about them is that they don't show dirt, brake dust.

 

Cool. Thanks. The official Tacoma sheet shows they are unavailable for the OR. Not sure why but I'll ask the dealership.

They seem to be same size. Shouldn't be any different to Toyota to swap them but who knows.

May not be something to get to order with the truck but you can always buy the wheels outright from another source cheaper then have the dealer mount and balance upon delivery. Then you can either keep the original OR wheels or sell them on the open market.

I did that with the TRD 4Runner Pro wheels for my OR and put the ORs on my son's 1st gen.

Where in Mo are you?. I am in the Jeff City area (the place where you send your politicians). I have gone out a couple times today, but one almost starts to MELT as it is about 102F this afternoon here..

 

I do not have any decals --but I do have a Leer 180 topper, and a I inch spacer blocks on the back end to offset the weight of the topper. it was a surprise to me --the topper made the truck look a bit saggy in the rear.
One more difference -- I have the 3 step N-fab bars, and a rear flop down bed step
I also have the front Carhartt seat covers in the gravel gray color.

When I picked mine up Thursday, I saw a Tacoma like mine except is was an AC. Is that the one you got?
