I have two grills Off an off-road. One is the standard chrome and one has been painted black with a red emblem. Painted one has some rock chips but still okay and no broken clips. Chrome has a few broken clips and no emblem. Willing to ship if you wanna pay for it. Located in Gilbert AZ. 40$ for painted and 30$ for chrome.

What did you end up painting yours with? Any tips for someone thinking of doing it? I'd buy yours but shipping would kill the deal.

I have an automotive store that sells quality rattle can paint. Buffed with scotch bright meticulously, wiped with solvent and tac cloth, Used a self etching primer, couple coats of color and couple of clear. If u can, try to find a chrome shop. They can strip the chrome for a few bucks.

hmmm good call. never thought about actually stripping the chrome. The stripping process wouldn't impact the plastic would it?
