OR rims on a 4 cylinder?

Hi guys,
Can you guys help me out here?

So I have a 19 OR, my coworker has a 19 4 banger. He wants to buy my OR rims. My question is: I want to keep the stock 265/65r16 Goodyear tires and TPMS sensors and throw them on a new set of Ray 10's. Can his stock 245/65r16 tires and TPMS be installed on the OR rims?

If he has the SR5 alloy wheels yes everything can swap. If he has SR steel wheels the TPMS and lug nuts will not swap properly, but tires will.

 

I believe he has the very basic steel looking ones. Not those SR5. I could give him the lug nuts but ouch, TPMS won't be a direct swap hah. Interesting!
