Ahh bummer! I hope your recovery is going as smooth as possible. I'm trying to keep my mind busy since I can't be physically active. I watched a ton of hunting videos over the last few days. The squirrels on my property better watch out now that I'm a YouTube Certified Hunter.

What’s the tubing wall thickness?

In use, is there enough spacing so they don’t flex into the body on the pinch well and rocker panel areas?

 

Hey! The tubing wall thickness is 1/8" and spacing is approximately 5/8"
Zoom in on the last picture in post #86 for a good view of the gap.

 

How does it perform with body clearance against rocks/ contact with terrain?

can you jack it up by the slider without damage?

 

I've had a total of 0.00 complaints and yes you can jack up the truck under the sliders. You'll probably scuff the powder coat, but the steel will be fine.
